Policies and procedures

By entering into a project with Freedom Fighter Productions, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.  Please note that our policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.

50% Non-Refundable Deposit must be received before work is started. 
All items must be paid for upon pickup or shipping of products
No refunds.  

Any invoice not paid within 30 days will be charged a 10% late fee every 30 days past due.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. After 30 days we will need to re-quote the project

• Due to the nature of photography, Freedom Fighter Productions has a NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (the buyer selected and paid for the photo or Product ) and the buyer has received the photograph or custom product, it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo or Product. 
  
• A refund may be given, at our discretion, if a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 24 hours (1 business days) from the date it was received. If damaged during shipping a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 24 hours after being received.

• Once a customer has approved and received the product, there will be no exchange or refund 

• Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched cant be returned.

• Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If any items are missing, the return can not be completed and no refund will be issued.

• All Sales Are Final  

Please read over your proof carefully to avoid any errors (spelling, wrong contact information, etc) on print items. We will not send anything to print without an emailed or text approval to a proof. Your email/text releases Freedom Fighters Productions from all responsibility for errors and omissions on a print item. If the item has already been sent to print, Freedom Fighters Productions cannot stop production. If you need to have an item reprinted because of an error, we will be happy to do that, but you will be charged the full print cost for the second print, as your proof approval signifies release to print.

Any project that remains in proofing or is put on hold while we wait for content for more than 5 business days will be put on hold and will be billed for any time spent up to that point. When the client is prepared to restart the project, time will be billed per hour from then until completion.

Each project will have two revisions included.  Additional revisions can be made for an additional fee and will be quoted based on the project.

Freedom Fighter Productions reserve the right to add completed projects to my portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.

• Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Freedom Fighter Productions up to and through that point. 
  
• We require full payment for prints and products at the end of your ordering session (via cash, Cashapp, or credit). No order will be designed or submitted until paid in full. Printed items will take up to two weeks for delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all custom products.

• If you arrive late for a session it will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. If you are late for your time slot, We will use the remainder of the time to try and capture the best images. If you are so late that you miss your session time, you will have to reschedule at a later date, that fits into our schedule. No refund will be given.

• Freedom Fighter Productions reserves the right to reschedule any session or projection meeting due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee.

• Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session or projection meeting with 72 Hours PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. 

• If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least 72 Hours prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $25.
  
• Canceling your session’s date less than 72 hours, you will not receive a refund on your deposit.

• A deposit of 50% of your quoted coverage fee is due immediately to reserve your event date, along with your signed contract. We will not reserve a date or time without BOTH your payment and the signed contract. The remainder of your full balance is due no later than 2 weeks before your event date. 

• Being late to a scheduled event Could result in Freedom Fighter Productions being unable to cover the entire event. 

Once you have payed your 50% deposit for the date/time chosen, and you chooce to change your date, we are able to analyze our schedule to see if the date you are after is free (within 48 hours after booking only) although if it is not (Due to running a schedule and respecting those who have booked in advance), we will not refund your deposit. The issue will then convert into a cancelation.

Storage of all raw files will be kept between 1 month after the day Of service. Once 1 month has passed, we remove all raw files from our system to provide storage to our systems. We only keep chosen, edited imagery for our personal use. For this reason, we do advise you to backup your imagery, print and store them in a safe place. We are subject to keep the files longer, but it is not guaranteed.

Those who attend the shoot are not allowed to use their personal mobiles or cameras to shoot the day Of, unless the photos/videos are off behind the scenes.

If we, Freedom Fighters Productions, feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the environment, we have the right to leave the premises /refuse service. This is in relation to situations that include violence, hazards, any form of abuse (verbal, physical and such) as a right to remain safe and stable.

Basic travel is included within 20 miles of us, If your location exceeds 20 Miles, there could be an additional fee, to be determined by Freedom Fighter Productions.

Any Entry, parking, toll fees, or valet fees must be paid by you, if applicable for traveling.
