CONTRACT WITH FREEDOM FIGHTER PRODUCTIONS
By entering into a project with Freedom Fighter Productions, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. Please note that our policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.
Payments/Deposits
- 50% Non-Refundable Deposit must be received before work is started.
- All items must be paid for upon pickup or shipping of products.
- No refunds.
Late Fees
Any invoice not paid within 30 days will be charged a 10% late fee every 30 days past due.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, we will need to re-quote the project.
Refund/Exchange Policy for Photos, Design, and Custom Products
Due to the nature of photography, Freedom Fighter Productions has a NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (the buyer selected and paid for the photo or Product) and the buyer has received the photograph or custom product, it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking” a photo or Product.
A refund may be given, at our discretion, if a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 24 hours (1 business day) from the date it was received. If damaged during shipping, a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 24 hours after being received.
Once a customer has approved and received the product, there will be no exchange or refund.
Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched can’t be returned. Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If any items are missing, the return cannot be completed and no refund will be issued.
All Sales Are Final
Proofs & Printed Items
Please read over your proof carefully to avoid any errors (spelling, wrong contact information, etc.) on print items. We will not send anything to print without an emailed or texted approval of the proof. Your email/text releases Freedom Fighters Productions from all responsibility for errors and omissions on a print item. If the item has already been sent to print, Freedom Fighters Productions cannot stop production. If you need to have an item reprinted because of an error, we will be happy to do that, but you will be charged the full print cost for the second print, as your proof approval signifies release to print.
Incomplete Projects
Any project that remains in proofing or is put on hold while we wait for content for more than 5 business days will be put on hold and will be billed for any time spent up to that point. When the client is prepared to restart the project, time will be billed per hour from then until completion.
Revisions
Each project will have two revisions included. Additional revisions can be made for an additional fee and will be quoted based on the project.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
Freedom Fighter Productions reserves the right to add completed projects to my portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
Photography
- Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Freedom Fighter Productions up to and through that point.
- We require full payment for prints and products at the end of your ordering session (via cash, Cashapp, or credit). No order will be designed or submitted until paid in full. Printed items will take up to two weeks for delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all custom products.
- If you arrive late for a session it will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. If you are so late that you miss your session time, you will have to reschedule. No refund will be given.
- Freedom Fighter Productions reserves the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee.
- Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session with 72 hours PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. Canceling your session’s date less than 72 hours in advance will result in loss of your deposit.
Weddings & Events
- A deposit of 50% of your quoted coverage fee is due immediately to reserve your event date, along with your signed contract. The remainder of your full balance is due no later than 2 weeks before your event date.
- Being late to a scheduled event could result in Freedom Fighter Productions being unable to cover the entire event.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Once you have paid your 50% deposit for the date/time chosen, and you choose to change your date, we will analyze our schedule to see if the new date is available (within 48 hours after booking). However, if the date is unavailable, we will not refund your deposit. The issue will then convert into a cancellation.
PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE TEXT MESSAGING
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
STORAGE OF IMAGERY AND VIDEO SERVICES WITH YOU
Storage of all raw files will be kept for 1 month after the day of service. Once 1 month has passed, we remove all raw files from our system. We advise you to back up your imagery, print and store them in a safe place.
PERSONAL CAMERA POLICY
Those who attend the shoot are not allowed to use personal mobile devices or cameras during the shoot, unless for behind-the-scenes content.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
If Freedom Fighters Productions feels uncomfortable or unsafe in the environment, we reserve the right to leave the premises or refuse service. This includes situations involving violence, hazards, or any form of abuse (verbal, physical, etc.).
TRAVEL FEE
Basic travel is included within 20 miles of our location. If your location exceeds 20 miles, there may be an additional fee, to be determined by Freedom Fighter Productions.
ENTRY & PARKING FEE
Any entry, parking, toll, or valet fees must be paid by the client, if applicable for traveling.
